We are currently accepting applications for all positions and specifically hiring for the following:

Heavy Equipment / Diesel Mechanic: 
  • Must be proficient in the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, braking systems and diesel systems on a variety of both trucks and heavy equipment
  • Must be able to diagnose problems and fix accordingly. 
  • Position also includes cleaning, maintaining, disassembly, assembly and other miscellaneous tasks required for fleet maintenance.
  • Applicant must be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision, have good attendance, positive attitude and punctuality. 
  • This position requires you to have your own tools. Basic welding / fabricating skills a must.
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain CDL B or higher within 6 months of hire
Heavy Equipment Operator:
  • Must be proficient in operating a variety of heavy equipment (bulldozers, rollers, skidsteers, excavators, loaders, etc.) 
  • Must have general knowledge of grades, the ability to read a level, the ability to use a tape measure and to perform general labor as needed
  • Applicant must be a team player, have good attendance and punctuality. 
  • CDL A preferred
Finish Grader Operator:
  • Must be proficient in reading grade stakes and grading for ride control. 
  • Must have minimum 5 years of experience on a road grader in a commercial setting. 
  • Ability to read a level, to use a tape measure, and to operate a shovel are mandatory. 
  • Knowledge of slope control and GPS a plus. 
  • This position will also include the operation of other equipment such as bulldozers, rollers, skidsteers, excavators, loaders, etc. 
  • Applicant must be a team player, have good attendance and punctuality. CDL A preferred
Truck Driver: 
  • Must have a CDL A with the minimum of 3 years of experience driving truck preferably in an excavation / logging setting 
  • Must have a clean driving record. 
  • This position could include but is not limited to tandem axle trucks, triaxle trucks, lads, lowboys, and tankers. 
  •  Experience with loading yourself with a loader is preferred. 
  •  The ability to perform general labor at times is necessary. 
  • Applicant must be a team player, have good attendance and punctuality.

Laborer: 
  • Must be proficient in using a variety of handtools (shovels, rakes, hammers, saws, etc.) 
  • Must be mechanical in nature and have general knowledge of how to read a level, the ability to use a tape measure and the ability to continuously perform heavy lifting, climbing, walking, etc
  • Applicant must be a team player, have good attendance and punctuality. CDL A preferred but not required
Landscaper: 
  • Must be proficient in using a variety of handtools (shovels, rakes, hammers, saws, etc.) 
  • Must be mechanical in nature and have general knowledge of how to read a level, the ability to use a tape measure and the ability to continuously perform heavy lifting, climbing, walking, etc.
  • Small equipment knowledge a plus (skidsteers, tractors, etc.) 
  • Must have eye for detail and have the ability to do finish work
  • Applicant must be a team player, have good attendance and punctuality.
  • CDL A preferred but not required

All of the positions listed above must pass pre-employment physical and drug test. All positions are full-time seasonal. Ability to work long hours is a must; 5-6 days a week starting in the spring. Proper PPE is required at all times.
